Aligning the forces within the company

Everyone has experienced it: the enemy is not sitting outside – they are in the adjacent room. In many companies internal trench warfare wastes an enormous amount of productivity.

IGI has developed a special alignment methodology for such cases, which has already been successfully applied more than 100 times. We transform "against-each-other" into "with-each-other" in a 2-3 day workshop. In the workshop, the participants develop - amongst other objectives - the will, capacity and commitment to achieve a team alignment, to get through conflicts, and get themselves out of crises.
