Dr. Hubert Weber is founder, majority stakeholder and CEO of the IGI Institute for Growth and Innovation. With more than 15 years in consulting he accompanies corporations along all central corporate areas.

Dr. Hubert Weber studied business administration and took his Ph.D. (as a stipendiary of the F.A.Z. IT-Institut of the F.A.Z.) at Johann-Wolfgang-Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main.

After ten years holding leading positions in the corporate consulting and executive education industry in Germany and abroad (lecturer and assistant professor at the USW University Seminar of Business at Schloss Gracht, management consultant at CSC Index GmbH, general manager of the Master of Business Engineering at the University of St. Gallen, general manager of the Institute for Mergers & Acquisitions at the University of Witten/Herdecke) he used this experience to set up the IGI Institute for Growth and Innovation in 2000.

In addition to his work for the Institute for Growth and Innovation, Dr. Hubert Weber is also a member of the Advisory Board of the US American company, "Vivaldi Brand Leadership Company", New York.
