In our “open programs“ participants discuss in small groups (max. 7 participants) current and company-specific issues regarding “growth” and develop tangible solutions.
The objective of these programs is to consistently develop the “employability” of staff as well as acquire the capabilities which are important for the company to rise to the “growth” challenge.
Together with experts from our network, participants generate tools and solutions that will open up new possibilities for their specific challenges. It is thereby necessary to resolve apparent contradictions such as profitability and sustainable growth as well as effectiveness and efficiency.
