Dr. Hubert Weber (President and CEO)

Dr. Hubert Weber studied business administration and took his Ph.D. at the Johann-Wolfgang-Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main.

After ten years holding leading positions in the consulting and executive education industry in Germany as well as abroad (lecturer and assistant professor at the USW Universitätsseminar der Wirtschaft (Schloß Gracht), management consultant at CSC Index, general manager of the Master of Business Engineering at the University of St. Gallen, general manager of the IMA Institute for Mergers & Acquisitions at the University of Witten/Herdecke) he used these experiences to set up the Institute for Growth and Innovation in 2000.

Besides his activities for the Institute for Growth and Innovation, Dr. Hubert Weber is a member of the advisory board of the American company "Vivaldi Brand Leadership Company", based in New York.

Petra Erhard (Vice President and CFO)

Petra Erhard studied business administration at the University of Bayreuth and holds an MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau.

She has wide-ranging and long-standing international experience in industry (finance director at Oncology World (a start-up in the bio-tech industry), director of strategy and business alliances at Siemens ICM), in management consulting (senior consultant at CSC Index) and in investment banking (associate at Apax (private equity), associate at JP Morgan in the UK, USA, Switzerland and Germany), management trainee at HVB).

In the Institute for Growth and Innovation she is responsible for finance and controlling in addition to her activities as vice president in the business segment consulting / resulting.
