The Institute for Growth and Innovation is headed by Dr. Hubert Weber (President and CEO) and Petra Erhard (Vice President and CFO). Beside a first-class, international academic education, both have long-term professional experience in the area of consulting, industry and science. In their work they are supported - alongside the employees of the Institute for Growth and Innovation - by an extensive network of specialists, network partners and universities as well as four consultative boards.
