IGI Lab®/Lab Approach®: Achieving results quickly and efficiently

A central component of our approach in consulting projects is the “IGI Lab®” and/or “Lab Approach®” developed by the Institute for Growth and Innovation to achieve results more rapidly and efficiently, to enable active experiments with newly developed ideas, structures and processes at a very early stage and therefore to secure their implementation.

The “IGI Lab” fulfils six requirements that are critical for the successful development and implementation of growth strategies and change management:

Dialogue Lab®: Learning through experience

Individual and organizational development is only possible if people act responsibly, include others in their actions, exchange experiences with others in a constructive way and continuously question their own activities in order to learn from them.

We nurture this capability in our Executive Education Program which is based on the method of the Dialogue Lab®. This approach relies on the basic principle that active learning is only possible via personal experience. In doing so, dialog is not to be understood as only conversing with each other but as approaching each other by opening up new horizons, rewarding participants with new insights and experiences. This process facilitates the exchange of different points of view and enables creative, innovative thinking.

The Dialogue Lab® fulfils three preconditions which are crucial both for successfully developing capabilities and new insights and transferring them to everyday working life.
